Listed below of some prechecks the client needs to perform during the incubation and hatching process. Fertile eggs are sensitive and hence should be treated with care. Completing this form will help us to assist you with any incubation and hatching problems.
FertileEggs will only be accountable for fertility of the egg stock supplied and will not be held accountable for hatchability and hatching of fertile eggs. Fertility checks must be done on day 10 and 18 prior to hatching process. Incubationx

Did you candle fertile eggs at day 10 and what was the number of fertile eggs counted. You will need a candling torch to do this activity.
Did you candle fertile eggs at day 18 and what was the number of fertile eggs counted and transferred to the hatcher. You will need a candling torch to do this activity.
How many chicks hatched ? Enter the total number of healthy chicks hatched.
Did you do a float test to determine the age of the fertile eggs (less than 7 days). Float is done using a bowl of water and dipping eggs to check if they float prior to incubation.
Did you check fertile eggs for cracks and damage before incubation. Cracks and damages are checked using a torch or by eye prior to incubation

Where did you store the fertile eggs before incubating and at what temperature. Eggs should be stored between 15 to 20 degrees and 40% humidity and rotated 3 times a day.

Do you have a backup if electricity fails.

What brand and model of incubators / hatchers do you use ? When was the incubator or hatcher last serviced ? Tell us how old it is and share pictures of the back, front and top of the incubator or hatcher in the files upload section below.
How often did you turn the fertile eggs daily in the incubator and what is the angle of your trays when turned
What day did you put the fertile eggs in the hatcher, at what temperature and what humidity.
When did the first chicks start to pip and how many days did it take for all the chicks to hatch.
Are the non fertile eggs still available for testing
How do you sterilize or fumigate your incubator and hatcher and how frequently ? Please tell us which chemicals you use and how often. How do you remove the chick dust an debris ?
Where is your incubator located. What is the min /max temperature for the location and is it in a ventilated area. Supply pictures
How do you control the humidity in the incubator and hatcher ? Is it manual or automatic ? Are there holes for ventilation ? Do you open/close them ? Please share pictures of location of holes.
Do you have logs of previous hatches using the same incubator . Please share details of last 5
